CNN —Ukraine’s military on Tuesday claimed another successful attack on a Russian warship, marking the latest in a string of naval defeats for Moscow’s Black Sea Fleet that Kyiv says has reduced its numbers by more than a third since the start of the war. “As a result of the strike by Magura V5 maritime drones, the Russian ship Project 22160 ‘Sergei Kotov’ sustained damage to the stern, starboard and port sides,” sparking a fire aboard the vessel, a statement said. In mid-February, the Russian landing ship Caesar Kunikov was attacked with the same drones used against the Sergei Kotov. The drones punctured “critical holes” on the Russian ship’s left side before sinking it, Ukrainian military intelligence agency said on Telegram. The Sergei Kotov was one of Russia newest ships in the Black Sea Fleet.

Rather than fold, the Ukrainians declared a unilateral “Black Sea Humanitarian Corridor” for merchant shipping and stepped up its use of maritime drones and missile attacks against Russia’s Black Sea fleet. One-third of the Black Sea fleet has been disabled or destroyed, and the remaining ships rarely venture into the western half of the sea. In August, Russia withdrew some of the Black Sea fleet from its headquarters in Sevastopol to relatively safer ports on the Russian coast. The official, who is not authorized to speak on the record, said the operation was carried out on the Russian landing ship Caesar Kunikov by Ukraine’s military intelligence agency (GUR) as part of a joint operation. The attack involved “MAGURA” drones and the vessel was damaged beyond repair, according to the official, who claimed it had sunk in the Black Sea. Acces la apă și canalizare, suport în conservarea tradițiilor și meșteșugurilor locale, în dezvoltarea și păstrarea valorilor culturale, sunt doar câteva dintre obiectivele pe care le realizează Uniunea Europeană (UE) prin finanțarea Grupurilor de Acțiune Locală (GAL). ☆ Granturi în valoare de 200.000 EURO sunt acordate Grupurilor de Acţiune Locală din regiunile Cahul şi Ungheni, cu asistenţa financiară a Uniunii Europene

Patru Grupuri de Acţiune Locală din regiunile Cahul şi Ungheni vor beneficia de granturi în valoare totală de 200.000 EURO, oferite cu asistenţa financiară a Uniunii Europene. UE investeşte aproape 23 milioane EURO în aşa-numitele „regiuni-cheie” Ungheni şi Cahul. Câştigătorii concursului de granturi, ediţia 2020, sunt Grupurile de Acţiune Locală „Lunca Prutului de Jos”, „Movila Măgura”, „Cişmeaua Sudului” şi „Valea Halmagei”. „Grupul de acţiune locală Lunca Prutului de Jos are doi ani de activitate. În prezent, în Republica Moldova sunt înregistrate 32 de Grupuri de Acţiune Locală care acoperă 35 % din zonele rurale.
